Service Description

The first 15 minutes of class will focus on gentle stretching to release tension and help you open up, preparing your body for deeper movement. We will then transition into a healing session with crystal sound bowls, using their soothing vibrations to promote relaxation and healing. You’ll leave the class feeling renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable! To ensure fairness to all of our clients and instructors, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled class will incur a $15 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone.
