Power Base Please

Reformer with Sound Healing Please

The first 15 minutes of class will focus on gentle stretching to release tension and help you open up, preparing your body for deeper movement. We will then transition into a healing session with crystal sound bowls, using their soothing vibrations to promote relaxation and healing. You’ll leave the class feeling renewed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Jumpboard Please

Using the jumpboard attachment, you'll perform low-impact, high-intensity movements that feel like jumping—but without the joint strain. This class strengthens your legs, glutes, core, and improves coordination and stability, all while keeping your heart rate up.
