Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a safe, empowering environment built on respect, sisterhood, and strength.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable! To ensure fairness to all of our clients and instructors, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled class will incur a $15 cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone.
